Delivery Conditions: Heat treatment or over 1200°F(650) after cold-drawn
Inspections and Tests Performed: Chemical Composition, Mechanical Properties(Tensile Strength,Yield Strength, Elongation, Flaring, Flattening, Flange, Hardness, Impact Test), Dimension and Surface Test, Non-destructive Test, Hydrostatic Test.
Surface treatment:Oil-dip, Varnish, Passivation, Phosphorization, Shot Blasting.
